My Bodycare major priority for Customer satisfaction and trusts is Key for better relation for both of us. if any case customers/you are not satisfied by the product  purchased through , you/ customers have freedom to intimate and return the products within 7 days. The conditions for return are mentioned below.

        If you received wrong item rather than what you order.

ü  Faulty product

         If the product is faulty, or expired date mentioned.

ü  Dead on rival

         If the items are dispatched in damaged condition.

ü  Different from the description.

         If the product is not exactly, as mentioned in the website.


My Bodycare , offers you 7 day guaranty return for such products.



However in some cases we/My Bodycare will not offer you return guaranty, in such a condition we will mentioned in Product description.


My Bodycare sells Cosmetics, beauty products and those are not accepted Once the seal is opened or Used condition. My Bodycare will strictly reject such a return requests. My Bodycare will supply 100% genuine products in good condition by checking each and every product Expire Date. My Bodycare will assure you that you are protected.

We/My Bodycare will not accept the return if product:


ü  Is used/worn or altered.

ü  Serial Number is tampered.

ü  Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.

ü  Is returned without original packaging and accessories.


If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order and we request you to attach any pictures if possible. Frequently Asked Questions about Returns:


1.      What is the return period of an item?

Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. The return period of the product is mentioned along with the product description or in invoice.


2.      How do I initiate a return and what happens afterwards?


ü  File a return request from ‘My Account’. Sign-In -> My Account -> Order History -> Request Return or you can find the Return Link mentioned in bottom of the  website(for gust checkout customers)

ü   Return request is reviewed by My Bodycare.

ü   After approval, pickup of the product is arranged through our courier partner.

ü  If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by us.

ü  After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Replacement or refund is initiated after that. Replacement would depend on the stock availability, it takes between 1 to 2 weeks from the time a request is raised to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location. Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.


3.      How should I pack the product for Return?


Make sure that the Product/s has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. On the box, do mention your order number. If your order is approved for pick-up, you will receive the packaging instructions and return address in a separate email from us.


4.      Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back?


If we arrange the pickup of your product, you don't need to pay anything. If you are using a courier service to send your product back, First you need to bear the courier cost. However, we will reimburse you the courier charges.


5.      My product has been picked-up, how do I know it has reached you?


After your order is picked from your place, within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email from us specifying the tracking details using which you can track the package on courier’s website. You can track the status of your return request.


6.      When will I get the replacement or refund?


We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our back office. For refunds it takes up to 2 weeks for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund but we try to make the transaction as soon as possible. The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or If you forget to mentioned the "Order Number on the package.

The order can be cancelled by register customer or by My Bodycare and the conditions are described below.

Cancellation by My Bodycare:

While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with us/My Bodycare, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):

·         Limitations On Quantities Available For Purchase

·         Restrictions On Quantity Or Number Or Orders As Per T&C

At times we may also require additional verification's or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can. In out of stock case you/customer are not ready to wait the product is available with us, we will return the amount if the payment has been done.  


Cancellations by the Customer:

My Bodycare is not providing Return Option in your/customer account section, but still you can cancel your by sending email to "" with full order information including order number or simply fallow the link Returns and fill the form.In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
