What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information? 

It is easy to update your  information in  your My Bodycare  account and view your orders any time in 'My Account' section. 'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email information, Change your password, Track the status of your orders.


How do I know my order has been confirmed? 

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received,  we/My Bodycare confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the Payment Information. You will also be notified when the ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).


Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'? 

Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale.


Why do I see different prices for the same product?

A product could be listed under different prices. There could be special offer on particular period of products . This depends on the nature of the  marketplace.


Is it necessary to have an account to shop?

 While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is recommended that you create one. You can shop with us by using "Gust checkout" option provided in website. By creating your own account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including Reward Points, recommendations, quicker checkout and wish list. You will also be able to rate/review products and sellers.


My Bodycare provides  gift wrapped? 

  Well My Bodycare is not providing Gift wrapped facility right now. we hope we can provide in feature, sorry about that.

How do I pay When I purchase? 

                We/ My Bodycare offers you multiple Payment options. if you/customer like to pay through Card(Debit/Credit) or through Net-Banking or Cash  on Delivery options make you most comfortable as a choice of yours.  My Bodycare uses Trusted Payment gate-ways with encryption technology for secure transaction.  My Bodycare also offers gift Voucher option as well. We accept major part of the different  cards like Visa, Master Cared, Maestro, etc.

Are there any hidden charges ? 

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase In My Bodycare. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive Taxes. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

Delivery charges may be extra depending on Delivery Option chosen by you/customer.


How do I pay using a credit/debit card? 

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries.


Credit cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for  further  process.


Debit cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment. 


Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on My Bodycare website? 

Your online transaction on with us is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. we uses encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. All credit card and debit card payments on My Bodycare are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks.


What is Cash on Delivery? 

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on My Bodycare, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is 5,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.


How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order? 

Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Once confirmed, your order will be processed. We send you a conformation E-mail about your order with description. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment. 


ü  The maximum order value for C-o-D is 5,000

ü  e-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders

ü  Cash-only payment at the time of delivery.


What steps does My Bodycare take to prevent card fraud? 

We realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team. In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.


Can I use my bank's Internet Banking feature to make a payment? 

Yes. We offers you the convenience of using your bank's Internet Banking service to make a payment towards your order. With this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction. 


Can I make a credit/debit card or Internet Banking payment through my mobile? 

Yes, you can make credit card payments through the My Bodycare mobile site and application. We uses encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks.


How does 'Instant Cash back' work?

 The 'Cash back' offer is instant and exclusive to My Bodycare. You only pay the final price you see in your shopping cart.

Gift Voucher 

How do I buy/gift an e-Gift Voucher? 

      You will find a link mention in Extras section at the bottom of the website , by selecting the link you redirected to Gift voucher page. 

ü  Enter the name and email address of the person you want to send the Gift Voucher (GV).

ü  Enter the value of the voucher you would like to purchase then click "Proceed To Pay".

ü  The sidebar will now show the payment options. You can pay by Credit Card / Debit Card / ATM Card / Net banking. Proceed to pay through your preferred choice. if you select Cash on Delivery option, we will send you a letter with gift voucher and once we conform receiving cash, we will send an email to your wishers about voucher details.
